Secrets in the Jungle Season 1

From secret Maya structures in Guatemala and mystery fossils in Madagascar to Mexico's Skull Cave, Season 1 unveils never-before-seen secrets still hidden under the world's densest canopies.

Secrets in the Jungle asks what the canopy still refuses to give up. Even in an age of satellites, thick jungle keeps cities, tribes, creatures, and ruins off the map — Guatemala's LiDAR-revealed stone networks, Madagascar's mystery fossils, Mexico's Skull Cave, and overgrown sites that rewrite who built what and when. Season 1's ten hours follow those threads through Discovery Science.

We engineered a custom pipeline for Shark Teeth that could clear forty-plus shots every episode — four hundred-plus for the season — with average shot lengths between twenty-five and forty-five seconds. Canopy extensions, ruin reconstructions, and creature/environment beats combine real-time VFX, 3D world builds, and custom 2D and 3D assets, each hand-animated and rendered in a pseudo-real grade designed for fast client notes and on-budget delivery. About ten percent of the package stays in 2D; the rest carries the depth of undergrowth, stone, and filtered jungle light.

Commissioned with Discovery Science (USA) as partner, the series sits in Boat Rocker's Secrets franchise alongside Ice, Sand, and Dark. The open plants the visual thesis: densest green, hardest secrets.
